Principals message

August 8, 2023 Hello parents and students, Welcome back to school learning!! We are pleased to have students back in school engaging in both academic and extracurricular activities once again. Our priority is to create and maintain a safe learning environment that promotes creativity, collaboration and critical thinking for all students and staff. Now more than ever, it is imperative that we work as a team to ensure our school year returns back to a sense of normalcy. While learning remotely, students and staff acquired long-lasting skills which increased our ability to be flexible and resilient. As such, we have an opportunity to create new traditions while also honoring established customs. As our school community returns, increased engagement with parents is vital. One of the most important components of an exceptional school is a partnership between home and school. This year, there will be opportunities for parental involvement as we work toward strengthening our partnership with a focus on student success. Our academic focus at Prospect Primary School is a source of pride. Together, we will navigate through pathways associated with returning to school with dedication and determination. I am looking forward to a year filled with academic success and growth for our students.
